Your Window for Changes
We offer free cancellations or order modifications within 24 hours of purchase. This means you’ve got a full day to review your order and make any necessary tweaks.
Here’s how to request an adjustment:
- Just email us at support@greendyhome.com or visit our Contact Us page.
- Please send your request within 24 hours of placing your order.
- After this 24-hour window, your order moves into production, and at that point, we can’t make any further changes or cancellations.
Refunds for Canceled Orders: If your cancellation request is approved, your refund will be processed within 7 days.
Important: Double-Check Your Details!
Before you finalize your purchase, please carefully review your shipping information—including your name, street address, and zip code. Orders returned due to incorrect address details may require additional shipping costs to be resent. Nobody wants that delay!
